I was about to dump Netbeans because the IDE would hang on me about ten times a day due to this fteaure . A simple commit or updating my code would require over a half hour of my time, numerous uses of xkill I was about to throw my laptop out the window, the only thing stoppinng me was the fact that it would have given too much satisfaction to my Mac biggoted co-workers. ;^)

Thanks! I fixed the issue by applying the cifaogurntion above, but one day after, the error came back, and now netbeans closes by itself or have to xkill it. I am using netbeans 6.8 with Ubuntu 10.04.

Thank you very much! This helped a lot. It was weird bcuseae it did something (downloaded some files from SVN) so one might thought that all the settings are correct.

Make sure you aren't using any weird CSS floating, some broewsrs don't like that and render it incorrectly. When in doubt, set a containing div larger (vertically) than you need and include overflow:hidden; Also, remember that the tag has width for most broewsrs, so you need to suppress the margin and padding there as well

Hiif you can answer this plsaee:1. do i have to install for each app the sdk (i create landing pages for customers)?2. do i have to install at all sdk if its simple landing page?3. the design i make is as HTML (index.htm), can the folder contain .php and .htm files?thanks for you great insights.avi
