Conversion to ODF
There are two options to choose from. Either investigate the possibility of using Quark to load docbook files, and then save as the right apress template. This has the pros of not loosing any content, however who knows if it works.
The other option is to write stylesheet. I have basic version ready, but I have feeling that certain information are missing from it. Also it is question whether the styles will match the apress requirements and how much work will be necessary to tune it.
Checklist for Quark Conversion
- Clay: Find out whether the docbook can be opened and exported as apress like document.
Checklist for Conversion to ODF
- Clay: Look at the current version and check the styles.
- Clay: Is it OK, to have "callouts" in the current "raw" form?
