You should also use Body Text First for the first paragraph after any heading. You have defined a style as "Text Body," but this is backward. So rename this to match the Apress style name. Then see if you can convert everything that's currently "Default" to "Body Text." It's probably a lot of work to reformat all the opening paragraphs as "Body Text First," but have a crack at it.
