[[wikipedia:Rhino_(JavaScript_engine)|Rhino]] is a [[JavaScript]] engine. It is part of [[JDK]] since 1.6. These days it feels a bit outdated and slow. At least when comparing speed of execution of tests of the [[Bck2Brwsr]] project, one can see that [[Rhino]] is way (10? times) slower than [[Chrome]] or [[Firefox]] engines.
