The participants included primarily members of [http://java.cz/detail.do?articleId=2252 Czech JUG] extended with few worldwide participants who wanted to play and wished to celebrate with all those who contributed to the [[NetBeans]] architecture, and design practices which make [[NetBeans]] platform the most stable Java rich client application framework.

	Thanks to the courtesy of Arseniy Kuznetsov, director of [[NetBeans]], the [[APIFest08:Report\|winners]] of the [[APIFest08]] received a copy of [[TheAPIBook]].
